Thank you for shopping with SLV HAS IT ALL. We would like to provide you with important information regarding our return policy and order verification procedures to ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience.

Return Policy:Please note that all custom or personalized items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

 We strongly recommend reviewing the Size Chart and Description for each item before making your purchase to select the best option for you.

All qualifying items shipped from the slvhasitall.com warehouse can be returned within 74 hours of arrival at your shipping address.

 Returned items must be in their original condition-unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.

Both opened and unopened items are eligible for return as long as they meet these criteria.

If you wish to return an item due to quality issues, please submit photos of the product along with your reason for the return to slvhasitall@gmail.com within 74 hours of receiving the item. 

Kindly note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping must be borne by the customer.

 Please be aware that a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item price may be charged for returns, and in cases of used, damaged, or materially different items, charges could reach 100%. Returns made after the 74-hour window will only be eligible for an online store gift credit.

High Risk & Chargeback Orders:
For purchases over $1,000.00 are flagged as high risk, additional verification is required.

 Customers will be asked via email to provide the last four digits of their credit card, a document showing billing or shipping address, a valid identification card, and a recent photo.

This process is critical to prevent fraudulent activity and chargebacks. Failure to comply may result in order cancellation.

Please understand that filing false chargebacks constitutes wire fraud, which has serious legal consequences.
