Important Information Regarding Returns, Exchanges, and Order Policies

Refund Policy 

Thank you for shopping with SIvhasitall. We would like to inform you about our return, exchange, and order policies to ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience.


Returns: We have a 72-hour return policy, which means you must request a return within 72 hours after receiving your item.

 If you change your mind or made a mistake with your purchase, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping and handling costs, which are non-refundable.


To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as received-unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.


To initiate a return, please contact us at sIvhasitall@gamil.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can address the issue promptly. Non-Returnable Items: Perishable goods, custom products, personal care items, personalized shoes & clothes,Personalized Jewelry, DTF transfer, oversized furniture, exercise equipment, Oversized trampoline, pools & bouncy houses, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges:
For exchanges, please return the unwanted item first. After acceptance, you may place a separate order for the desired product.


Refunds:
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the refund status. Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method.

 Please note that your bank may take additional time to process refunds.

High-Risk and Chargeback Orders:
For purchases over $1,000.00 or flagged as high-risk, we require additional verification to prevent fraudulent activity.

 You will be asked to provide the last four digits of your credit card, billing or shipping address documentation, identification card, and a recent photo. This information helps protect both you and Sivhasitall from chargebacks and fraud.

Package Insurance:
All customers must accept shipping insurance, as Sivhasitall is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
