We have a 74 hours return policy, which means you have 74 hours after receiving your item to request a return. And if you wait after 74 Hours from receiving the item You Only would be able to receive a online store gift credit. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Provided that upon opening the packaging it becomes apparent that the goods are different to what is described. and please make sure you send in your photos of your different Items  to this email address below;

could go to jail for falsely disputing
credit card charges. However, you will be given some information to follow to complete your order. That's if you still would like your order to be fulfilled, if your order is a high risk or your order is over a 100.00 dollars you'll get an email for you to follow the instructions. And you also would have to email a copy of your last for digits of your credit card with your name. And I need something that has your billing or shipping address on it. And your identification card and a reset photo of you to slvhasitall@gmail.com  And this information will prevent Slvhasitall online store being responsible for any chargeback. or any type of fraudulent cases

AGAIN:  Items can be returned  due to quality issues within 74 hours of purchase. Items must be returned in original packaging, the cost of the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer. You may be charged a restocking fee up to 50% of the item's price for used or damaged returns and up to 100% for materially different items. .
