STORE POLICY (please read)
1.standard shipping is 4weeks from order received to shipment due to the volume of orders we receive. When purchasing you agree to the terms of production time and item will be shipped in that time frame.

2.rush shipping is available. rush shipping moves you to the front of the line and cost a fee.
FEE FOR RUSH ORDERS ARE 40 DOLLARS.
over night shipping IS NOT INCLUDED with rush orders YOU MUST PURCHASE PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS AT CHECK OUT for over night shipment.

3. once order is shipped you would need to contact usps for tracking. all tracking numbers will be listed and once shipped we have no information on shipping except the usps site. (8002758777 is usps number) we do not issue refunds due to shipping carrier delays. we do not issue refunds due to weather causing shipping delays because we have no control over that.

4.after an order is placed you have 24 hours to cancel the order with no charge after the 24 hours your order will ship with normal shipment.

5. please include all personal details in personalization. Due to number of orders I am not able to look through every message and order to get personal details. only details wrote in personalization will be honored.

6. I can make items VERY SIMILAR but no two items will be EXACTLY THE SAME due to the being custom made. Denim color may vary.

I am not responsible for any lost, late or stolen packages after your order has shipped therefore i do not issue refunds you would need to contact the shipping service. There are no refunds on customized items , however I will work to ensure that you are 100% SATISFIED with your order
