  Handmade white and navy-blue skirts with navy blue ribbon and gold fringe. Yes, all of my skirts have elastic waist bands and pockets. The fabric is soft, comfortable and wearable all year round. My sizes are made to fit for modesty for example a small, stretches to a medium, a medium to a large, and a Large to an extra-large. If you are unsure of your size or in between sizes my skirts are the ones for you!
